Recorder Outlet ships all in-stock orders same day when placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Options
- Free Standard 2-Day Shipping — included at no charge on all orders within the contiguous United States
- Next-Day Delivery — available at checkout for an additional charge
Order Processing
- Orders placed by 4:00 PM ET on business days ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us at info@atlasstores.com before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
